Employee Administration and Management/Full-time 38.5 hours

 

Your tasks:

  • You take care of invoice checking (entering/processing incoming invoices)
  • You are responsible for controlling the document flow in the company including working in the electronic document management system
  • Correspondence with partners and various organizations (in German and English)
  • General office work is also part of your responsibilities (switchboard, cooperation with courier services)

What do you bring with you:

  • Completed higher education or equivalent training
  • Several years of professional experience in administration and management
  • experience with document management
  • Knowledge of German and English (at least B2) for oral and written communication, very good knowledge of Russian (native speaker level)
  • high learning ability, multitasking, stress resistance
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, high organizational skills and priority management
  • High degree of self-motivation and flexibility, responsibility and solution orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS 365 is an advantage
