Office All-Around Employee with IT knowledge
Job Description Summary:
As an Office All-Around Employee, you will provide an administrative support to the team on all current processes: logistics, supply chain, after sales, purchase, legal and compliance. You will be involved in daily operations and you will assure that the daily routine organized properly. To become a successful team member you will need to work closely with your colleagues and to learn the main processes up to the certain level.
Job responsibilities:
- Support on daily operations in accordance with regular planning
- Handling of administrative parts of the processes such as logistics, supply chain, after sales, purchase, legal and compliance.
- Act strictly in accordance with existing procedures
- In case if support on logistics processes needed, working at the storage facility in Schwechat could be required exceptionally (taking photos, executing quality check etc.)
- Assist the higher Management on various tasks
- To support automatization processes by executing tests
- Work closely with IT development team located in Moscow
- Short business trips abroad could be required (1-2 times per year)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management or equivalent) – a minimum education level
- Fluent in English, German and Russian
- At least 3 years work experience in similar function
- Excellent time management and organizing skills
- An ideal candidate has experience in process management
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (competent with Microsoft Excel experienced of data sorting, filtering, lookups, handling and converting data types)
- An ideal candidate will have a strong IT skillset
- Team player, stress-resistant and motivated personality
