Finance Specialist

Job Description Summary:

A Finance Specialist is a fully responsible for a variety of financial and accounting duties. He/she will be the key contact person for local tax/finance consultants and authorities. He/she will be working closely with the finance department of the Moscow Headquarters and will participate in corporate finance reporting.

Job responsibilities:

  • preparing documents for accounting, analysing and verification of spreadsheets/reports as per instructions
  • handling transactions, bank transfers
  • reconciliations, inventory
  • credit administration
  • developing, updating and implementing finance procedures
  • leading project on process automatization
  • administration of incoming and outgoing invoices both electronically and on hard copies
  • statistical reporting
  • manage data, records by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information
  • create, maintain, update electronic archival records in efficient manner
  • various administrative duties as a back-up

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in Austrian small/medium business is required
  • Relevant education: finance/accounting is required
  • English is a corporate language, ideal candidate speaks Russian fluently (C1-C2), German is a plus
  • Ideal candidate has experience working with ‘1C’ Software and CRM platform
  • Ideal candidate is a Certified Accountant / Bookkeeper
  • accurate and neat with excellent numeracy skills
  • strong attention to details
  • advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (competent with Microsoft Excel experienced of data sorting, filtering, lookups, handling and converting data types)

  • self-organised and motivated personality
